The Dongguan Hakka Business Association of the World Hakka Association held the "2014 Winter Solstice Hakka Food and Talent Performance Event" at the Humen Flower World Horticultural Company on December 21.

President Xiao Ming stated that the 22nd is the Winter Solstice and hopes to celebrate with members and their families during the weekend, taste authentic Hakka cuisine together, cultivate a Hakka atmosphere, reflect Hakka heritage, and promote Hakka culture. He also hopes that the Winter Solstice Hakka Food Festival will be more abundant and lively year by year.

Vice President Zhuang Keqin, Executive Director of the event, delivered a speech. Firstly, we would like to express our gratitude to Director Lin Chunping for providing us with the venue to hold the event. We would also like to express our gratitude to the members and fellow villagers for their active participation and strong support in this event, as well as for providing rich Hakka cuisine and talent performances.
