On October 15, 2012, President Xiao led a delegation to visit the Industrial Development Bureau of the Taipei City Government. Mr. Huang Qirui, the director of the bureau, warmly welcomed and had a friendly meeting with Mr. Liu Jiajun, the chairman of the Hakka Affairs Committee of the Taipei City Government, and relevant accompanying personnel. During the meeting, President Xiao raised some issues regarding Taiwanese businessmen returning to Taiwan for investment. Director Huang immediately instructed relevant department heads to follow up and resolve the issues.
