The second and first member conference was successfully held on June 21, 2013 at the Haomen Hotel in Humen Town. The meeting was first delivered by President Xiao Ming, who expressed gratitude to Hakka villagers for attending amidst their busy schedules, highlighting the spirit of Hakka unity on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
The resolutions of this meeting are as follows:
Regarding the matter of adding new directors, three new directors were approved by members through voting, namely: Director Zeng Fuhong, Director He Qiaoyu, and Director Huang Minhan.
After the final vote of the members on the annual tourism matters, it has been decided to hold the Guizhou Lipo Celebration Tourism in October.
