On March 15, 2013, the inauguration of the second president and the 3rd anniversary celebration of the Dongguan Hakka Business Association were grandly held, and relevant leaders from both sides of the Taiwan Strait were warmly invited to participate. Firstly, President Xiao delivered a speech thanking Hakka villagers for their support and welcoming guests from both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
