Mayor Qiu Bingkun of Miaoli City led government officials and more than 10 neighborhood chiefs to visit our city. On March 16, 2013, Mayor Qiu led a delegation to visit our association, and President Xiao Ming led all members of our association to give a warm reception. Subsequently, Mayor Qiu encouraged and thanked everyone at the council meeting for their contributions to the Hakka people. He was deeply moved by the One Heart of Hakka people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
