Mr. Qiu Jingchun, the magistrate of Hsinchu County, led the town and township chiefs of Hsinchu County, as well as Mr. Chen Jianxian, the chairman of Hsinchu County Council, to visit Hsinchu County councilors. President Xiao Ming led the chairman and members of our association to warmly receive the visiting delegation. That evening, a grand welcome banquet was held, during which the Hsinchu County Performance Troupe gave a wonderful performance. Firstly, President Xiao delivered a welcoming speech, during which both County Magistrate Qiu and Speaker Chen delivered enthusiastic speeches.
After the meeting, the Dongguan Hakka Business Association assisted the Hsinchu County Government with one million New Taiwan dollars. At the same time, County Mayor Qiu sincerely invited me to participate in the 2013 Taiwan Lantern Festival held in Hsinchu County
